Summary:

The successful candidate has strong accounting/finance knowledge and analytical abilities. The candidate must also have strong interpersonal and able to communicate clearly with global and senior management team. The candidate should be passionate about the use of technology to solve business problems, including a high proficiency with MS Excel and CRM tools desired. Key personal characteristics include motivation, attention to accuracy, priority setting, customer service orientation, and drive to meet deadlines. The candidate must be able to work closely with accounting groups, selling teams, management, and finance teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Primarily responsibilities will be supporting a global sales team, managing quota and compensation, developing automated reporting capabilities, leveraging CRM tools and providing performance tracking. Role will interface directly regional business and finance leaders as well as providing support to the WW remarketing organization.
  • Position will a member of the WW FP&A team reporting to the WW Finance Manager. This role will also include assisting the FP&A team in projects and reporting.
  • The analyst must be comfortable working with large amounts of data and be able to understand key business drivers at the macro level. The analyst will be asked to perform ad-hoc requests involving forecasting, variance analysis, and impromptu requests.
  • The analyst will work and interact with different levels of the organization as well as cross functional departments and corporate functions.
  • The Analyst will work under the supervision of the Finance Manager but will be expected to work autonomously at times

Requirements:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting required
  • 3 years related experience required, preferably with a strong background in analysis
  • Ability to work independently and problem solve
  • Ability to design and implement new processes
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Proven ability to prioritize effectively and efficiently
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Finance or related field
  • CPA/CMA/CA designation a plus
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales compensation management
