At present, Marubun Arrow USA, LLC has an excellent opportunity for a Financial Analyst in our Englewood, CO location.

As a successful Financial Analyst, you will report to the Financial Manager and assist with partnering cross-functionally. This financial support process is both among the Marubun Arrow Management/Leadership teams and across various Arrow Finance/Accounting teams. The Marubun Arrow financial support team is critical to ensure the delivery of the highest quality analysis and customer support to assist in Marubun Arrow leadership in strategic decision-making.

You will assist with basic financial functions including ensuring accurate financial reporting, forecasting, data management and sound financial controls. Additionally, you will be required to compute, calculate and reports statistical, numerical and/or financial data. In additional to financial reporting and analysis, basic accounting functions will be performed in support of month end and quarter end close. You will also be involved in assisting the Finance Manager with management presentations regarding special projects and leadership activities, which rely on analytical conclusions.

Minimum Qualification/Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance/2+ year’s related experience.
  • Understanding of general finance principals – planning, reporting, analysis, financial modeling
  • Understanding of key P&L and Balance Sheet metrics (ROI, Inventory Turnover, ROWC, DSO, DPO, Opex, Net Sales, Gross Profit, Operating Income)
  • Knowledge of and experience with accounting structure and fundamentals of accounting. Should be comfortable with P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, General Ledger and monthly close process.
  • Proficiency in Excel and MS Office Products
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment under tight deadlines and with multiple priorities.
  • Strong organization and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prefer experience with a large/international organization.
  • Knowledge of and experience with GAAP, accounting processes, financial reporting concepts, and forecasting.
  • CPA or MBA
  • International experience a plus
  • Strong process acumen
  • Travel: 10 – 15%
