Job Description:

  • Responsibility
    1. Strategic selling
    2. Setup & maintain TEAM prior to Pre-Order & Order tracking
    3. Customer profiling & call reports, using CRM tool, for selected accounts
    4. Territory & Account Management
    5. Customer Budgeting
    6. Multi-line selling
    7. Customer development/retention/penetration
    8. Volume Sales Agreements
    9. Credit Terms Application &/or Renewals
    10.Strategic Backlog Management

    1. Must have no less than 2-3 years sales experience gained from the electronic
    Components or Logistics industry (although, with less than 2 years may be considered provided candidate has proven sales track record from the same or similar Industry)
    2. Solid understanding of product cycle and demand forecast of customer
    3. Understand what customer relationship building is all about (from a sales & marketing context) and applies it (Validated by the Hiring BU Manager during interview)
    4. Solid knowledge on products and technology development in the electronic components industry
    5. Solid knowledge on supply chain solutions
