Oracle Functional Analyst – Finance


Arrow Electronics, Inc. – Englewood, CO

At present, we have an excellent opportunity for an Oracle Applications Developer in our Englewood, CO location.

Specifically, we are seeking an individual with expertise in Oracle 11i or Oracle R12 with technical experience in the areas of:

  • Oracle OM, PO, CRM and Financial modules
  • Order to Cash Cycle (emphasis on drop ship processing)
  • SoftwareAG webMethods
  • PL/SQL
  • B2B Interfaces (Purchase Orders, Invoice, Order Status, ASN, Catalogs)


  • Analyze solution design Create technical designs based on business/functional requirements.
  • Development activities including analysis, design, coding, data migration and testing for production and development environments.
  • Support and develop B2B services thru webMethods and ODI development as needed to support business requirements.
  • Develop and support interfaces to support multiple vendor EDI document types.
  • Participate in system-level tests responsible for comparing actual results with expected results.
  • Maintenance and Provide support for the existing systems as needed.


  • 4-year degree in Information Systems, Engineering or related field or equivalent related experience.
  • 8 years of experience, at least 5 years as an Oracle Developer in Applications framework using SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Data Integrator.
  • Proven experience leading large Oracle initiatives
  • Must possess skills in Oracle 11i development
  • Hands on experience in webMethods.
  • Oracle SOA11g will be a plus
  • Demonstrated experience in the implementation and support of Oracle 11i applications including SQL, PL/SQL
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment coordinating with internal customers to help support and enhance business systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment including the ability to work collaboratively with business users.
  • Ability to work independently on development projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in related field
  • Functional experience
  • Oracle certifications will be a plus
