Job Title: Programming Equipment Technician

Hours: 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Position Summary:

  • Maintains and repairs all equipment in the Programming Center- includes all BP’s, System General, Systemation, T/R, labeling and computers.
  • Develops and maintains the standard work instructions for Repair and Maintenance
  • Works with equipment suppliers on maintenance of machines and upgrades.
  • Works with operators to ensure proper use of all programming equipment.
  • Sets up placement programs and makes adjustments as required to assure quality product flow
  • Troubleshoots all equipment anomalies and recommends repairs or part replacement
  • Maintains spare parts inventory
  • Establish preventative maintenance schedules for equipment
  • Schedule work orders and maintain on time completion
  • Maintain calibration schedules of equipment

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Computer hardware/software knowledge
  • Experience with Web-Based Maintenance Management Software
  • Ability to work in high stress environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility to adjust work schedule and work overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience with pick and place robotic handlers
  • Familiarity with electronic programmable devices
  • Electronic devices programming equipment knowledge
  • Experience with Windows applications:Explorer, Outlook, Access, Word, Excel
