Summary:

Customer Support Coordinator (CSC), is the liaison/interface between Arrow's suppliers and Arrow sales and design teams. The main purpose of the position is to accurately and timely provide Arrow's suppliers with the necessary information they need to approve Arrow's registration requests. After the approval process has taken place, the coordinator may quote a prescribed list of suppliers to ensure MTI01 margin guidelines are being followed by the supplier, and to escalate in cases where margin guidelines are not followed. CSC must proactively communicate with both the field and with suppliers to work towards registration approval and margin guideline adherence through strategy creation, problem solving and initiative.

Responsibility:

  • Efficiently and accurately works all appropriate reports based on team workload including the morning, supplier, PDAR, submit, and any other business required reports to lay the foundation for prompt registration turnaround time. Consistently engages all CSC related email inboxes daily to ensure prompt action is taken for approvals, renewals, or any miscellaneous issues.
  • Investigates and corrects a minimum standard of inaccuracies, supplier policy infractions, and missing data issues that prevent prompt supplier approval.
  • As needed creates and institutes documentable plans as an individual and or as a team to increase efficiencies and decrease process delays in obtaining approvals.
