Customer Support Associate IV

Job Description:
All tasks to be carried out in a quality manner, consistent with the Company vision and values.

  • Act as communication coordinator from the Service Centre towards assigned customers.
  • Provide quotation to customer's inquiry.

  • Manage customer order entry.

  • Manage customer order backlog: confirmation, reschedules, cancellation, reconciliation and resolve discrepancies with outgoing deliveries. Including communication with the customer.

  • Communicate with the customers regarding order confirmation, shipping and tracking information.

  • Be accountable for delivery to the customers and resolution of shipping.

  • Manage quality issues related to deliveries or parts and customer returns.

  • Create and send out defined reports to the customers on a regular basis.

  • Ensure correct prices of customer invoices and resolve the discrepancies.

  • Receive and process customer forecast into ERP system, managing related communication both internally and externally.

  • Analyse, escalate and take appropriate action on forecast quality, demand and changes.

  • Occasionally participate to meetings with customers as required.
