Position:Customer Service Engineer II

Job Description:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project initiation & cost estimate:

1- Sharing in the SOW preparation and address the customer SOW

2- Responsible for the client communications related to the routine project activities agreed with the customer

  • Distribution & Planning:

1- Check the customer's input/ requested data versus SE database

2- Distribute the customer's input along the charged team

3- Address new data attributes requested with the charged teams

4- Propose schedules

5- Responsible for the client communications related to the routine project activities agreed with the customer

  • Monitor project activities:

1- Monitor the project schedule, negotiate and resolve issues as they arise across areas of the project and where they impact on other activities, systems and projects.

2- Review the risk register, detailed weekly progress reports of Team Principals.

3- Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints, record details of actions taken, managing customers' Part list

4- Responsible for the client communications related to the routine project activities agreed with the customer

  • Resolve customer feedbacks and new requests and self-development:

1- Keeping customer satisfaction by solving customers' problems

2- Follow with the charged team to recover the customers' problems

3- Responsible for the client communications related to the routine project activities agreed with the customer

4- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 2 years' experience inside the company.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Has time management skills.
  • Superior written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
