Job Description:
WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Act as customer point of contact for all the issues connected with products delivery
  • Overseeing the status of deliveries, managing changes in orders, shipment returns etc.
  • Overseeing the inventory -, making sure that stock levels are accurate,
  • Develop and manage effective relationships with assigned customers other Arrow offices
  • Ensure that Service Level Agreements and KPIs for assigned customers are met.

WHO YOU ARE?
  • You like helping clients. You are patient and calm even under pressure.
  • You have some experience at similar position (customer service, planning) and/or in electronics industry
  • You enjoy taking on difficult challenges and finding solutions
  • You have analytical skills which allows you to work with big amount of data
  • You are ready for frequent changes and know how to adopt to them
  • You speak Hungarian and English fluently.
  • You communicate clearly. You are comfortable communicating in writing and on the phone
