We are seeking an experienced Contracts Negotiator who will be an integral part of a cross-functional team consisting of Client, Sales, Sales Operations, Receiving, Production Control and Manufacturing members. The primary function of this position is to:

  • Review and draft client sales contracts to ensure compliance with corporate standards
  • Interface with senior management, marketing and sales to facilitate deals
  • Participate in cross-functional project teams to develop requirements to support new services requested
  • Work with team members to manage corporate contracts and database
  • Obtain departmental input / approval for various parts of RFP response
  • Participate in cross-functional project teams to develop requirements to support new services requested in RFP/RFQ or by clients
  • Develop creative solutions to business issues
  • Provide ongoing communication regarding projects
  • Provide issue identification and resolution as required
  • Other duties as assigned


Preferred candidates will have:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with Customer facing contracts drafting and negotiations experience.
  • Ability to design and implement solutions to address client requirements
  • Ability to remain calm and customer-focused during challenging communications.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate work in order to meet deadlines
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills;
  • Refined customer service skills, conscientiousness, and attention to detail
  • Refined work ethic and heightened sensitivity to service responsiveness
  • Outstanding writing skills – ability to professionally articulate Arrow’s capabilities to present our “best in class” solutions.
  • Research Skills – maintains an understanding of industry movements, product trends, competitor activities and evolving regulations.


Associate or bachelor’s level degree in business or equivalent experience plus 3-5 years equivalent contract negotiation/management experience. MBA preferred.

Experience with internal Arrow systems a plus
