immixGroup, a leading provider of information technology to the federal government, is expanding its Programs team and is has a full-time opportunity for a Contracts Specialist I. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Administers the day-to-day activities including contract modifications, reporting & compliance associated with maintaining and administering Federal (e.g. GSA, ITES, SEWP, NETCENTS, etc.), State, and Local contracts.
  • Participates in the corporate client boarding process involving collection and review of needed documentation
  • Coordinates interaction with corporate officers, senior management and legal counsel of client organizations
  • Administers the review, preparation and processing of client pricelist updates / refreshes in coordination with the immixGroup and client sales teams.
  • Assists in managing client and/or customer relationships
  • Prepares monthly metrics reports for management summarizing contract and compliance activities.
  • Assist in managing contract bid desks.
  • Assist other team members with tasks and questions related to contracts of focus.

Position Requirements

  • BA/BS degree
  • 1-3 years of experience, preferably in contract administration
  • Mid-to-advanced proficiency level using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Power Point
  • Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly and effectively
  • Must reside in the local area
