FUNCTION: HR

Arrow is looking for a Compensation Manager to join the team in our Englewood, CO location.

Global Compensation Manager

Supports strategic global business objectives through the design, implementation and execution of Arrow's global compensation programs. The manager is a key business partner to the global HR function and responsible for successfully managing global relationships while providing compensation support and guidance to business leaders. This position partners with the HR business partners to understand business strategy and key drivers to appropriately link to compensation programs. This manager is responsible for supporting business clients in the Americas region as well as working on global compensation projects.

More specifically, the manager will:

Project Management: Lead compensation projects as assigned impacting the Americas region specifically or global in scope.

Global Compensation Review: Manage the administration and continued development of Arrow's internal global grading system and Global Career Framework. This may include management of global position evaluation process, job structure development, job documentation, etc.

M&A: Lead the successful integration of compensation practices and policies on mergers and acquisitions

Compensation Consulting: Consult with Human Resources business partners to facilitate management and employee understanding of Arrow's total reward systems. Educate, mentor, and train Human Resources and managers on compensation processes, practices, and programs. Recommend solutions to resolve compensation-related issues.

Analytics: Provide technical and analytical support on major global projects relating to compensation evaluation, compensation plan design and global rewards strategy.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university plus a minimum of 7 years prior compensation experience including progressively more complex compensation assignments.

Advanced understanding of Compensation principles, practices and trends.

International and/or executive compensation experience is strongly preferred.

Proven client relationship skills and the ability to work effectively as a team member, establish and maintain effective working relationships in a global environment across multiple functions and job levels. Experience interfacing with executive-level management preferred.

Prior experience consulting business leaders and HR on compensation issues/policy interpretation and design, as well as implementation of base and variable pay plans. Ability to assess situations, understand compensation implications and form a plan to address issues. Ability to understand problems, get to the root cause and apply realistic solutions within company/HR policy and practice framework.

Ability to independently manage projects, working directly with clients to understand needs, design project plans to appropriately meet objectives and see engagement through completion.

Ability to keep sensitive human resources and compensation information highly confidential.

Excellent organizational skills.

Advanced Microsoft office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access. Proficient use of HRIS systems (Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft) and survey management systems.

Must demonstrate highly developed skills in analytics, process management, compensation program management, leadership, relationship management, commitment to quality, and teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration/Management

CCP (WorldatWork)

Knowledge of industry and competitive market

International experience
