Job Description:
The Cloud Platform Manager is responsible for actively managing and operationalising our cloud platform, ArrowSphere.
Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager and engaging with multiple internal teams, cloud vendors and partners to define and execute cloud enablement strategies and deliver the services catalogue driving cloud adoption for IaaS, SaaS and Cloud Services through ArrowSphere.

Key Areas of Responsibility
Platform Operations
Ensuring ongoing day-to-day management of Arrow's cloud platform - ArrowSphere
Own the platform development and management, driving the operationalisation of all features and functions
Keeping up to date with developments and enhancements to the platform with overseas teams
Execute on the local and global ArrowSphere strategy, and provide feedback for future platform development
Documentation of platform operations practices

Bill Run
Timely and accurate bill-run every month
Liaising with customers to resolve bill-run queries
Proactively identifying potential bill-run issues, and developing solutions
Commitment to continual process enhancement and documentation
Reporting and analysis of bill-run

Vendor Engagement and Product Knowledge
Maintaining a deep interest in multiple vendor cloud products (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, etc)
Keeping up to date with product changes, enhancements and new offerings
On-boarding new vendors and products to the platform from an operational perspective

Customer Engagement
Drive Cloud Partner on-boarding and ongoing engagement
Regular proactive communication with customers
Supporting the sales team by providing platform demonstrations to current and potential customers
Running reseller webinars and providing EDMs with consistent messaging

Internal Enablement
Deliver Internal enablement initiatives
Ability to devise and execute effective Cloud Workshops
Work with internal cloud technical, marketing and sales teams
Innovate solutions internal teams and cloud vendors

Other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned

Education and or Experience:
University degree preferably with a major in IT, or 3 to 5 years' related experience.
Experience and knowledge of Cloud based solutions across IaaS, SaaS, PaaS, Microsoft, AWS, IBM Softlayer is desired.
Experience working in an operational role with a customer service focus
