ABOUT THE ROLE
The Business Development Representative in Arrow will be responsible for the assessment of existing and potential customers, defining product needs, and sales execution. The role will involve continuous relationship development between the business area, regional teams and the vendors/partners (Citrix) to ensure a trust and support of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Duties will include but are not restricted to:
Working with Arrow Internal Sales teams, to identify the key reseller partners with good potential to develop sales of the vendor's products and services.
Working with these partners to ensure they have all the tools necessary to realize their sales potential, namely:

  • Bring new partners to Arrow, by the prospection (phone, email) and client meetings
  • Execute successful business plans
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the vendors
  • Find New Business leads
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the partner's base
  • Identify new partners and engage and enable accordingly to drive incremental sales
  • Initiating marketing campaigns for the partners to find new leads
  • Regular and accurate forecasting of opportunities, providing detail for both short and long term deals
  • Enable partners by providing regular sales training


A FEW THINGS YOU'RE AN EXPERT AT
  • Development of new Customers, excellent communication skills
  • At least 1-2 years of professional experience in Sales or Customer Service
  • Very good selling techniques, especially in terms of the client prospection using different channels (f.ex. telephone) -
  • Self-motivated with a hardworking and proactive approach
  • Works independently but also a team player
  • Fluency in French, Dutch and English

  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • Target Driven
  • Experience in the IT sector would be considered as a plus but is not a must
