Job Description:
Job responsibilities:

  • Lead the project team to achieve goals of quality, productivity and service level
  • Plan and deliver the capacity requirements (staff, space and equipment) to achieve long and short term forecast levels of activity
  • Collaborate with internal/external parties to achieve process improvement/comply ISO standards/execute various projects
  • Liaise with internal departments/BU's to manage priorities and short term variations in demand
  • Monitor reports & statistics on various warehouse activities and provide same for management's review
  • Plan and deliver the capacity requirements (staff, space and equipment) to achieve long and short term forecast levels of activity
  • Deliver staff flexibility, motivation and competence to meet productivity objectives

Job requirements:
  • Degree holder in Logistics or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in project & warehouse management
  • Solid knowledge on warehouse management & operations (forecast warehouse utilization, propose & implement resource allocation, comply with related regulations, etc.)
  • Knowledge of compliance will be advantage
  • Demonstrate competence in both Planning and Delivery
  • Experience of working in MNC and/or electronic industry will be an advantage
  • Can-do attitude; persists in accomplishing objectives
  • Strong decision making, problem solving & people management skills
  • Good Language skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
