JOB TITLE:

Design Win Database Administrator

Main Purpose of the Role:

  • Working in a European function with a keen eye for detail and accuracy, you will provide effective and proactive administration of the Design Registration Database tool, in order to protect Arrow’s design efforts and maintain Arrow’ competitive advantages
  • Work in line with Arrow’s vision and values
  • Fulfil the competency criteria and goals for identified Clear Performance category

Key Tasks/Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Register new design projects in supplier systems inline with Service Level Agreement
  • Work effectively across internal departments and PEMCO & Semiconductor Supplier Partners to resolve queries and issues preventing the successful logging of design activities
  • Ensure Arrow and supplier systems are aligned to ensure a high degree of accuracy on project information and design status
  • Proactively review project status and ensure registration process is complete
  • Proactively review outstanding registration requests to ensure Service Level Agreement is achieved
  • Support the Sales/Engineering organisation with retrospective linkage of Design Registrations with shipments made in order to ensure the full end-to-end process is robust
  • Ensure Arrow ERP system (Oracle) is maintained with all required information
  • Maintain all related process control documents to ensure supplier partner contact points are relevant and accurate
  • Build effective relationships with supplier partners to deliver best possible support
  • Provide support to the Global Business Conversion Team in Co-ordinating moving design information in/out of the EMEA region (key responsibility sits within sales)

Experience/Skills/Knowledge:

  • Industry experience is preferred but not essential
  • Experience in high volume, fast paced administration tasks is essential
  • Languages Preferred: German, Italian, French (English is mandatory)
