Title: AP Analyst

At present, we have an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Payable Analyst in our Englewood, CO location.

As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will prepare invoices for payment through PO 3-way match and company expenses, processes T&E, prepares payment documents/batches, reviews statements and other responsibilities as needed.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Accurately match supplier invoices to PO’s, using 3-way match, resolving any issues that might arise. Discrepancies can be related short shipments, wrong PO number, quantity variances, parts received on a different PO, price variances, returns, etc., and require working with the supplier or internal resources to resolve.
  • Obtain and verify appropriate approvals and GL coding for expenses.
  • Process T&E, audit for appropriate approvals and adherence to company policy.
  • Work with suppliers to ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments. Prepare itemized statements and summaries.
  • Work independently and manage time to meet SLA’s.
  • Apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed.
  • Document processes and procedures. Ensure adherence to compliance policies, procedures and regulations as related to accounting.


  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate Degree in accounting or related financial discipline a plus.
  • 2 – 4 years accounts payable and/or related experience.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, able to complete vlookup’s and pivot tables, Word and Powerpoint.
  • General understanding of accounting practices and principles.
  • Basic level of mathematical skills.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking required
  • Flexibility to learn quickly, take on a multitude of responsibilities in an organized manner and work with a variety of personalities/levels within a global organization.
  • Analytical aptitude to look for root cause and determine solutions, review existing processes to determine areas of inefficiency or compliance issues.


  • Oracle Financials experience is preferred.
