WHAT YOU WILL DO?
You will be engaging with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs and drive innovation forward to generate customer value in a global scale. The competencies to establish trust, credibility, and a strong relationship with purchasing influencers at assigned accounts is a must as the role is sales and target driven. This is coupled with outstanding selling skills in order to secure and accelerate growth and profitability. Please assume client satisfaction and accurate deliverables as a primary responsibility.
WHO YOU ARE?
- You are fluent in Romanian and English
- You have an experience in sales, preferably in technical/ IT/ electronics area (B2B)
- You are able to implement strategies to expand Converge's market with medium to large regional accounts
- You have bachelor's degree or higher equivalent
- You are ambitious and goal-orientated
- You are eager to identify business growth opportunities
- You are open-minded optimist with 'can do' attitude
