We are looking for an ACCOUNT MANAGER located in Lithuania.
In this challenging position, you will be operating as part of Arrow field team.
Account Manager is primarily responsible for delivering profitable sales results by creating and driving opportunities within assigned territory by having a fundamental understanding of all of Arrow’s solutions and matching those solutions to customer business needs.
Account Manager builds and maintains influential customer and supplier business relationships by staying abreast of current and future industry and competitor’s products, trends, technology and information.
Account Manager will focus on maintaining and rebuilding current accounts and identifying new customers within an assigned territory, must be able to converse with senior management and executive level personnel.
Account Manager spends time in a needs analysis process to determine a prospect’s fit with Arrow’s products and services.
Account Manager identifies and targets emerging growth areas in the territory, seeks to provide an appropriate solution by understanding what the customer is trying to accomplish, follows-up on leads obtained through suppliers and Arrow internal sources.
Account Manager will focus on sales growth by solving the customer’s business problems with value-added Arrow solutions.
Account Manager will manage skilfully tough situations with both internal and external customers and is able to achieve results without damaging relationships.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required, preferably in electronics.
- Distribution and/or supply chain experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to articulate complex messages with simplicity.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships at all levels of customer and supplier.
- Strong problem solving skills, including the ability to remain focused on uncovering customers’ business challenges and propose solutions.
- Requires a self-starter who has the ability to prioritize, multi-task and deal with pressure.
- Time management, organization and customer service skills.
- Driving license B category
- Fluent English skills
