Job Description:
Responsibilities & Focus
• Responsible for managing both a region and a pre-defined set of active customers
• Will be assigned an annual revenue goal for the defined region
• Define critical markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory, plan strategy and develop all key relationships to ensure strong foundation for solution selling
• Maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts who may be determining potential opportunities and deal with existing business challenges
• Revenue goal will be based on existing business (deferred revenue) as well as new and add-on business within the region
• Manage, grow, and upgrade the existing business within the region
• Requires experience interacting with vendors and customers in a technical and engineering environment. Extensive understanding of electronics industry.
• Utilize all of the internal business analytics & SE dashboards to identify areas of business growth
• Work with the sales and solutions architecture team to develop sales growth strategies
• Work closely with the Regional Sales Managers (RSM) within your territory to identify and develop strategies centered around account growth. This includes the following;
 Additional subscription business
 Professional services
• Work closely with the SFDC & finance team to assure full accuracy of the renewal & rev process
• Track account and customer activity in SalesForce
• Train customers on the SiliconExpert tools pre and post-sale as necessary
• Demonstrate (Demo) the software tool to customers to develop new business
• Work with channel partners in the industry to sell the SiliconExpert toolset (Add-On & Upgrades)
• Active participation on weekly sales calls
• Must be able to prepare comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR), presenting strategic plans and implementation steps to grow sales and improve customer service.
