Argen’s products are FDA regulated and ISO certified.<br><br>About the Opportunity <br><br>The Shipping &amp; Fulfillment Lead in ensuring that all customer orders are fulfilled from start to finish, by processing the order from production, scanning into the QAD system, sorting the customer order and processing the shipment to the customer. <br><br>.<br><br>In this role, the successful candidate will be: <br>• Stays up-to-date and follow all Quality System procedures related to this job, which can affect the quality of products or services provided to our customers.<br>• Provides Shipping Department leadership though assignment of shipping tasks, and training to employees within the department.<br>• Monitors output and workflows and take action to alleviate constraints.<br>• Leads the resolution of problems as they arise and escalate to supervision as appropriate.<br>• Processes transactions in the ERP system as necessary<br>• Responds to Customer Service shipment inquiries.<br>• Monitors packing process to ensure shipments are being properly packaged<br>• Ensures department employees accurately prepare and maintain records of items picked and shipped, manifests and bills of lading.<br>• Coordinates the ordering of shipping supplies.<br>• Interfaces with Customer Service regarding international shipments and international shipping documentation.<br>• Communicates with freight forwarders, and carriers as necessary.<br>• Performs routine shipping and packing.<br>• Other duties as assigned.<br><br>What does it take to be successful?<br>• The ability to adapt to changing priorities on a day to day basis while maintaining superior customer service<br>• Knowledge of AES, FedEx Powership, DHL Worldwide &amp; UPS shipping systems<br>• Good computer skills<br>• Ability to multi-task, and stay organized and accurate<br>• Excellent communication skills, and ability to follow-up on issues and questions, is essential in succeeding in this role<br>• Must able to work in fast paced environment<br>• Requires good communication skills<br>• Prior shipping experience preferred, QAD experience, a plus<br>• Knowledge of cGMP regulations ISO 13485, 21CFR Part 820, CMDR SOR/98-282, 93/42/EEC, RDC 16 2013, MHLW MO 169 and TG(MD)R Sch3 preferred<br><br>Our Awesome Benefits!<br><br>Working for a growing innovative company like Argen means exciting opportunities for training and learning, career development and advancement from only the best in the dental industry.
