Argen’s products are FDA regulated and ISO certified. <br><br>About the Opportunity <br>As the Product Manager, Implant Solutions, you will oversee and manage all aspects of an Argen Implant Solutions product portfolio. Responsible for bringing innovative, industry-leading solutions to the market within the assigned business segments. Creates a comprehensive product strategy from product conception to product launch, through the end of life. Functions as a central resource with design, project management, process, manufacturing, quality, test, marketing, and distribution as the product(s) and/or product line(s) move through their lifecycle.<br>In this role, the successful candidate will:<br>• Leads and manages assigned Product Lifecycle activities including new product proposals, development related activities, product launch readiness & technical content for new product introductions, product conversions and/or end of life (EOL) activities.<br>•Interfaces with the Marketing, Sales, and Business Development Departments toward the successful execution of the business strategy including acquisition and/or strategic partnership opportunities.<br>•Develops strategic plan for investment and revenue growth in the market, focused on target segments.<br>•Researches and defines customer needs across segments (from product marketing), and determines portfolio requirements.<br>•Matches technology solutions (leveraging existing products, 3rd party products, or new products) to meet current and emerging market & customer requirements.<br>• Works cross-functionally to decide what products and services Argen offers, including product packaging, and develops the workflow to fulfill sales through the ERP system.<br>•Works with Sales to develop methods to drive digital and consumable sales to customers.<br>•Facilitates new product technical training.<br>•Develops product training and delivers to the Sales Operations, Technical Support and Sales teams to keep pace with Argen’s growing product offering.<br>•Serves as escalation path on customer issues.<br>• Performs competitive differentiation and analysis of performance claims.<br>•Other duties as assigned.<br><br>What does it take to be a qualified candidate? <br>•Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) required.<br>•7+ years of experience in the dental industry, knowledge of dental implant solutions preferred.<br>•Strong Technical, Sales, and or Business Development background in Dental Implant Industry.<br>•Experience developing holistic and comprehensive business strategies managing long-term strategy and executional detail.<br>• Ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups.<br>•Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.<br>•Sound business judgment and discretion for managing product portfolios; ability to develop and execute against dynamic timelines.<br>• Organizational capabilities to leverage organizations to proactively execute against business goals.<br>•Knowledge of cGMP regulations ISO 13485, 21CFR Part 820, CMDR SOR/98-282, 93/42/EEC, RDC 16 2013, MHLW MO 169 and TG(MD)R Sch3 preferred<br><br>Our Awesome Benefits! <br>Working for a growing innovative company like Argen means exciting opportunities for training and learning, career development and advancement from only the best in the dental industry.
