In this role, the successful candidate will:
• Finishes metal frames and copings, green state zirconia restorations and coloring.
• Documents and records actions by completing forms, reports and logs.
• Performs all functions of de-burring such as sandblasting and tumbling of dental parts.
• Performs visual inspection to meet customer's specifications.
• Sorts, counts, and bags parts before delivering to inspectors.
• Ensures equipment cleanliness and maintenance.
• Fabricates high quality restorations.
• Prepares master die.
• Duplicates master die.
• Refractory die investment.
• Applies P + G (Platinum, Gold) universal nano.
• Performs full manufacturing of Digital and SLM and Captek.
• Performs finishing task on unit by using small rotary hand tool.
• Performs visual inspection on step by step process of manufacturing.
• Ensures all corrections are made as needed during the manufacturing process.
• Other various manufacturing functions such as sandblasting, investment and loading/unloading of units.
• Other duties as assigned.

What does it take to be successful?
• At least 1 year of experience working in Dental Lab required.
• Attention to detail & quality focused.
• Schedule adherence and dependability.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and meet production goals.
• Experience working in Dental Lab preferred, but not required.
• Attention to detail & quality focused.

• Knowledge of cGMP regulations ISO 13485, 21CFR Part 820, CMDR SOR/98-282, 93/42/EEC, RDC 16 2013, MHLW MO 169 and TG(MD)R Sch3 preferred.
