Argen’s products are FDA regulated and ISO certified.<br><br>About the Opportunity<br>The Customer Success Supervisor represents Argen as the first point of escalation for the Customer Success team. Supervises the Customer Success department members in their daily activities, and provides procedural instruction and support. Works in conjunction with the Sales, Finance, Marketing and Technical departments to support customer needs throughout the sales and fulfillment processes. <br><br>In this role, the successful candidate will:<br>• Works within and actively promotes Argen’s core mission, corporate strategies, policies, procedures and Code of Conduct, as well as ensures that the Company’s agreed quality standards are maintained with regard to its products, procedures, policies, operations and customer contact.<br>•Resolves inquiries accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner, in order to best represent the company and exceed customer expectations.<br>•Serves as triage escalation for support inquiries from customers, suppliers and Argen sales representatives.<br>•Targets and exceeds department KPI’s<br>•Makes recommendations to management for improvements.<br>•Ensures management is informed of any irregularities or non–conformance and assists with documentation.<br>•Provides weekly summaries to management of work and progress toward goals.<br>•Manages creation and updating of team SOPs and work instructions.<br>•Follows department and inter-department protocols with respect to QAD (order management) and Salesforce.com (CRM).<br>• Ensures workload is distributed across team<br>•Self-manages training: includes identifying and documenting training needs for oneself, participates in all relevant product-training programs when requested & maintains an excellent knowledge of Argen’s products.<br>•Approves escalations outside standard business models, including pricing and accommodations.<br>•Provides training to the Customer Success team.<br>•Holds 1-on-1’s with each team member and team meetings.<br>•Monitors team attendance and time off requests.<br>•Serves as acting backup for the Customer Success Manager and manages employee absences to ensure back-up coverage.<br>•Other duties as assigned.<br>What does it take to be successful?<br>•Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)<br>•2+ years of experience supervising in high volume data entry / call center environment (preferably with medical devices).<br>•Understanding of the dental industry.<br>•Experience using EPR systems.<br>•Computer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software and Windows.<br>•Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.<br>•Professional, organized, high level of attention to detail and accurate.<br>•Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced team environment.<br>•Experience project managing cases from start to finish.<br>•Ability to motivate a team.<br>•Excellent customer service skills.<br>•Self-motivated to work independently or within a team.<br>•Knowledge of cGMP regulations ISO 13485, 21CFR Part 820, CMDR SOR/98-282, 93/42/EEC, RDC 16 2013, MHLW MO 169 and TG(MD)R Sch3 preferred.<br><br>Our Awesome Benefits!<br>Working for a growing innovative company like Argen means exciting opportunities for training and learning, career development and advancement from only the best in the dental industry.
