The Sr. Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, executing, and measuring marketing campaigns that drive pipeline growth and support our overall sales objectives. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role will work closely with our creative and product marketing teams to plan and execute multi-channel, integrated campaigns that reflect our brand messaging and audience positioning across key digital channels, including email, social media, search, display, and other digital platforms.

Why This Role Is Important To Arcadia 

You'll be the driving force behind all our digital marketing initiatives by developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple platforms. You'll own all of our marketing channels, measure their success, and make sure our message reaches our target audience of hospital, health system, and health plan executives. You'll be in charge of creating a digital marketing strategy that supports our overarching business goal and collaborate with our creative and product marketing team to craft beautiful and compelling stories for campaigns. Ideally, all this will result in acquisition, retention and loyalty of customers.

What success looks like 
In 3 months 
- Analyze previous campaigns and develop recommendations for dramatically improving performance and MQL goal attainment 
- Assume management responsibilities of current digital marketing agencies and vendors 
 
In 6 months 
- Develop and own the monthly, quarterly, and yearly campaign calendar, with concrete definitions of success across all relevant channels 

In 12 months 
- Scale our digital marketing strategy across new market verticals 

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy across channels, serving as strategic leader, analyst, and program manager 
  • Plan monthly and quarterly full-funnel campaigns that convert engagement into a high-quality sales pipeline 
  • Own and drive marketing programs development from start to finish, from budgeting, planning, and execution to measurement and optimization. 
  • Execute all digital marketing activities with the assistance of agency partners (when available), including search, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns 
  • Track the effectiveness of campaigns through overall engagement, opportunity progression, and pipeline generated 
  • Collaborate with the inside sales team on outbound marketing strategies and activities 
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team and agency partners on SEO strategy and tactics 
  • Identify digital marketing trends, new technologies, evolving best practices, competitor activity and testing opportunities that help drive the business forward 
  • Oversee relationships with all digital marketing agencies and vendors 

What You'll Bring

  • BA/BS in marketing, communications, business management, or other related field 
  • 7+ years digital marketing experience focused on B2B buyers 
  • Achieved the HubSpot Marketing Software certification 
  • Firm understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and LinkedIn 
  • Proven track record of planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns 
  • Deep expertise and success with inbound marketing and account-based marketing approaches 
  • Bias towards action to achieve goals and advance the success of our digital marketing activities 
  • Track record of translating qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, and social advertising campaigns  
  • Strong project management skills, including production schedules, budgets, stakeholder coordination, and agency/vendor oversight 
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across various teams, including marketing, communications, creative, and sales
