Join the Analytics team of a high growth Population Health and Analytics software company. You will be reporting to the VP and Chief Analytics Officer and joining a talented team of Data Analysts, BI Developers, and Data Scientists. At Arcadia you will have the opportunity to build content in Arcadia’s custom data model built by analysts for analysts. Collaborate with the best minds in healthcare. Support a wide variety of customers in the healthcare space – all focused on pulling healthcare tech into modernity.
 
What Success Looks Like
In 3 months
- Gain familiarity with Arcadia’s data model and content development processes.  Be able to support existing analysts with ad-hoc support
 
In 6 months
- Collaborate with members of arcadia’s product/engineering team to create and deliver new data models and open up new analytic concepts in Arcadia’s customer facing database product
 
In 12 months
- Work independently to complete requests end-to-end, supporting both internal and external stakeholders
- Be an expert in arcadia’s data model with the ability to convert business concepts into SQL code and be able to convert SQL code back to business concepts

What You'll Be Doing

  • Partnering across arcadia’s organization to drive the creation and expansion of novel IP
  • Collaborate with clients to help them solve problems using data
  • Collaborate with arcadia’s product and analytics team to expand and unlock our customers data

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or quantitative field, or equivalent technical experience
  • 2+ years of experience working in the tech industry
  • Proficiency with SQL- This role requires a comprehensive knowledge of SQL and the ideal candidate should have a proven track record of working with complex databases.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely present findings to stakeholders
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Python, R, or SAS

Would Love For You To Have

  • Experience working with healthcare data (VBC preferred)
  • Experience working with risk models and/or episode engines
  • Ability to code in Python and R

This position is responsible for following all Security policies and procedures in order to protect all PHI under Arcadia's custodianship as well as Arcadia Intellectual Properties.  For any security-specific roles, the responsibilities would be further defined by the hiring manager.
