Field Marketing Manager - Refreshments - REMOTE

Job Description

The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting Aramark Refreshments North American business strategies by developing field solutions inclusive of breakroom and retail experiences. This position is region based and will include direct engagement with sales and operations teams to drive execution, sales growth, and customer execution. A critical component for success is the ability to influence others while leading cross-functional teams with all key Refreshment Services stakeholders - Marketing team, Finance team, Opx Directors, IT Director, Sales, District Managers, Route Managers, and Inventory Managers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and project manage repeatable field processes and key metrics that measure operating profit, product rotation, waste management, and merchandising standards.
  • Partner with Regional Leadership to support specific needs that drive measurable results across the full amenity and retail space
  • Support Large Openings by ensuring all components are ready for implementation (signage, merchandising, etc), proper pricing is communicated for any retail items, and training team members on how to keep spaces fresh and stocked
  • Lead pilot process from identifying opportunities, locations, define scope, implementation, and tracking
  • Support National Account Managers with CBRs, events, sales presentations, providing insights as well as new products, services, and programming
  • Training on new planograms/products and services to field teams to ensure proper setup (communication, product, merchandising)
  • Responsible for being the expert on 365 Retail kiosk capabilities including but not limited to reporting, promotions, loyalty, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Actively monitor the industry and seek insights for local pricing, products, and vendors with tactical outcomes and timelines for implementation.
  • Foster long-term learning and development for front-line managers by using back-end systems, such as Salesforce and Vendsys

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • A minimum of 3 - 5 years of professional experience in marketing or brand management
  • Experience within a DSD, CPG, or Field Service Organization preferred
  • Excellent verbal, presentation, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Ability to synthesize multiple inputs into a clear, concise, and useful recommendation
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to travel 50%
  • Activate brand standards and fully execute at all identified points of service, resulting in consistency throughout the region.
  • Present ideas, influence others without authority, and have strong communication skills; interact with vendors, clients, and Refreshments leadership on a regular cadence.
  • Exemplify being well-organized, detail-oriented, and having strong process management and organizational skills.
