Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel while maintaining a forward-looking perspective Integration of front desk, retail and housekeeping departments into a successful efficient operation
  • Supervise up to 12 hourly staff per shift
  • Supervise Assistant Front Desk Managers
  • Ensure that staff deliver excellent customer service
  • Provide on-going customer service coaching and training to staff
  • Responsible for monitoring comment card program
  • Successfully respond to, resolve and record guest issues
  • Support all staff, as requested
  • Communicate with Housekeeping, Bell Staff and F&B to facilitate the highest level of guest service
  • Assist Operations Manager in ensuring that staff adheres to policies and procedures
  • Assist Operations Manager with any projects or programs relating directly to customer service
  • Assist Operations Manager with walks and moves, as required
  • Ability to work a varied schedule
  • Perform all functions of a Front Desk agent as required
  • Perform all functions of a Front Desk supervisor as required
  • Know and comply with all company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, emergencies and energy
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required. (Must graduate between December 2022 - August 2023 to be eligible for the 2023 A2L Program)
    • This program will start in July. All degree requirements must be completed prior to the start date of the program (including any final internship requirements).
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by Aramark for this position now or in the future
  • Strong organizational and time management skills required.
  • Leadership skills, inclusive of supervisory responsibilities, team lead in a club/organization, and/or project management.
  • The ability to communicate in an appropriate, clear, and concise manner with customers, clients, employees and leadership.
  • Dynamic working skills to handle change and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cost control, budget responsibilities or inventory management experience desired.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, which may include nights, weekends or holidays according to business need.
  • Experience with and knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.
