Recruiting Coordinator - Fixed Term ContractAppNexus Recruiting Coordinators ensure that our candidates have an exceptional, thoughtful interview experience from beginning to end. In this contract position, you will partner closely with Recruiters to schedule a high volume of interviews across several locations & time zones, including, London, Singapore, Sydney and more. This is a fast-paced and collaborative position that requires both detail-oriented administrative work and proactive event management. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing outstanding customer service, is attentive to detail, enjoys troubleshooting and solving complex problems and anticipates and manages change with flexibility and a positive attitude.About the team:The Talent Acquisition Team at AppNexus is part of the People Team, which is responsible for finding the best talent and ensuring that all employees continue to be excited, productive and passionate about working at AppNexus. About the job:Coordinate a high volume of phone and in-person interviews in EMEA and APAC, including planning and booking travel arrangements, sending confirmation communications to candidates and internal interview teams and reviewing and processing candidate reimbursements as well as arranging post-interview deliberation sessionsAct as an advocate for candidates and provide best-in-class onsite candidate experience through greeting, giving office tours, ensuring interviews are running on time, and assisting with candidate lunches and breaksSupport AppNexus’ Interviewer Training program by tracking participation and coordinating and tracking interview shadow programsMaintain excellent professional communication with candidates, colleagues, and AppNexus Hiring ManagersParticipate in ad-hoc, cross-functional projects as assigned.About your skills:Excellent attention to detail and demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to improve processesExceptional professional communication skills, both written and oralKnack for learning complex systems and processes quickly and managing competing priorities with flexibility and excellent judgementAbility to build and maintain strong relationships and rapport with all levels of the businessPassion for providing outstanding service to stakeholders; experience in a customer service role preferredBachelor’s degree preferred but not requiredMore about you: You are passionate about a culture of learning and teaching.
