Organization & Talent Development Partner

As a key member of the Talent Management team, you will create and design strategic and innovative talent solutions that drive employee engagement and performance. In this role, you’ll play an exciting part in developing and delivering performance management, succession planning and career growth and development plans. About the job:

  • Drive global organization development and talent solutions from inception and design through implementation, measurement and continuous improvement, including:
    • Performance management
    • Career growth and development programs
    • Succession planning
    • Employee surveys
  • Lead the annual Executive and Management Talent Review process to identify key talent and support succession planning and development opportunities
  • Drive innovative research in partnership with internal SMEs to develop data-driven talent management solutions and programs
  • Establish relationships with key partners across AppNexus leadership teams and the People organization to ensure successful delivery of talent solutions and programs
  • Develop and facilitate communication and change management plans to support the implementation and sustainability of programs


About your skills and experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required; advanced degree (MA or PhD) in organizational development, industrial/organizational psychology or a related field is a plus
  • At least 8 years of experience in Human Resources with an emphasis on talent management organizational design/development or human capital consulting, preferably in an agile and fast-paced environment; previous experience in the Technology industry is preferred but not required
  • 3 years of experience working with leadership assessment tools is preferred but not required
  • Passion for breaking down complex talent-related problems to diagnose root causes and design effective custom interventions that accelerate business results
  • Proven track record of supporting and guiding Executive leaders
  • Comfort with managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and making independent decisions
  • Team player orientation with an ability to communicate and collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization
