HR System Administrator (Contract to Perm)The People Operations & Analytics team provides AppNexus with People processes, systems, and insights to help attract, engage, and develop AppNexians. As the HR System Administrator, you will manage People Systems to ensure the technology supports end-to-end HR processes, while also providing outstanding customer service to employees and managers. About the team:The People Team is responsible for finding the best talent and ensuring that all employees continue to be excited, productive, and passionate about working at AppNexus. To achieve our mandates, our team is service-oriented, proactive, and responsive to our internal business partners.About the job:Manage and configure our HR systems and act as the primary systems administrator and relationship manager with our vendors. Primary systems include our HRIS (ADP), performance management system (SumTotal), and an internal case management system.Build and maintain the service management framework (service level agreements, key performance indicators, dashboards) for our PeopleHelp function (responsible for responding to questions and tickets submitted by employees, and entering data into our HRIS). Drive compliance management activities related to our HRIS, including ensuring new hire entry accuracy, and monitoring and managing quarterly processes to ensure employee data and system administrator access is correct and up to date.Own operational activities including: generating operational reports for business and supporting in analysis of information, acting as point of escalation and support for records retention, acting as point of escalation and backup for data updates in HRIS, and approving wage theft letters for new hires.About your skills: Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 5-7 years relevant work experienceExperience working with HR systems, including vendor management, configuration and implementation; ADP Workforce Now experience a plusExcellent organizational and project management skillsExceptionally high attention to detailDemonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively, in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentExemplary customer service orientationAbility to understand the intersection of process and technologyHiring Manager: Amy TherattilRecruiter: Krista Miller
