Global Account ManagerThe Global Account Manager is responsible for day to day commercial engagements and driving the alignment of AppNexus technologies with client objectives across large strategic global accounts. We seek candidates who are proactive, results-oriented, and thrive in an energetic environment. Excellent customer relationship and communication skills are critical along with the ability to manage projects across complex work streams. Our team is seeking innovative, passionate, and driven people who can foster strong client relationships, meet commercial objectives, and drive awareness of our products, all whilst thriving in a fast-paced environment.About the job:Drive long-term partnership value by developing understanding of clients’ business and technical challenges, operating environment, capabilities and goals as well as the advertising technology industry and competitive landscapeOwn key client initiatives and play integral role in driving adoption of AppNexus technologies to solve client objectivesSupport the creation and delivery of quarterly and annual business reviews with clients; highlighting progress against jointly-agreed KPIsWork with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in account planning and business delivery. Drive indirect resources through shared goals and outcomesCurate and communicate domain expertise based on competitive landscape, best in house practices, playbooks and marketable client success storiesAssist in the identification, prioritization and oversight of strategically important growth and operational improvement initiatives.Work across functions, geographies and business units to ensure alignment of local, regional and global resourcesAbout your skills:Bachelor's degree preferredStrong organizational skills and an eye for improvement or new initiativesExcellent time and project management skillsProven ability to understand and effectively communicate applications of complex technologyAbility to work autonomously, but also partner and collaborateAbility to multi-task and juggle priorities in a rapid environmentExceptional written and oral communication skillsResourceful, proactive attitudeMore about you:You are passionate about a culture of learning and teaching.
