Associate Technical Client ManagerThe AppNexus Associate Technical Client Manager is responsible for driving the success of media buying campaigns. The ATCM has three primary responsibilities: (1) Partner with the account team to develop a clear understanding of advertiser business objectives and align campaign strategy to those objectives; (2) Drive success for campaigns by making data-driven decisions; and (3) Report on campaign performance to Account Managers and use market perspective to inform future campaign strategies.About the team:The Services team is dedicated to earning customer loyalty while building a world-class company together. Real-time advertising can fundamentally transform our clients’ businesses, and we bring it to life for them.About the job:Become an AppNexus optimization, campaign management and digital marketing expertDeeply understand the customer’s business to understand how to best leverage the possibilities offered by the AppNexus platformSystematically design, implement and document effective campaign management strategies while identifying and analyzing opportunities for campaign improvementPartner with Account Managers to drive campaign success and identify opportunities for client educationBuild a world class company through sharing knowledge with Services team members and thoughtfully identify and design efficient and scalable campaign set-up, delivery and optimization work streamsAbout your skills:1-3 years of work experience and a bachelor’s degreeOutstanding ability to solve problems in an independent and data-driven manner while working in an extremely fast-paced, demanding start-up environmentAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and clientsExcellent time management, written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with data analysis and manipulation in Excel and a demonstrable passion for learning new technologies including digital media buying, MySQL, APIs or PythonMore about you:You are passionate about a culture of learning and teaching.
