Associate Technical Client Manager

The AppNexus Associate Technical Client Manager is responsible for driving the success of media buying campaigns. The ATCM has three primary responsibilities: (1) Partner with the account team to develop a clear understanding of advertiser business objectives and align campaign strategy to those objectives; (2) Drive success for campaigns by making data-driven decisions; and (3) Report on campaign performance to Account Managers and use market perspective to inform future campaign strategies.

About the job:

  • Become an AppNexus optimization, campaign management and digital marketing expert
  • Deeply understand the customer’s business to understand how to best leverage the possibilities offered by the AppNexus platform
  • Systematically design, implement and document effective campaign management strategies while identifying and analyzing opportunities for campaign improvement
  • Partner with Account Managers to drive campaign success and identify opportunities for client education
  • Build a world class company through sharing knowledge with Services team members and thoughtfully identify and design efficient and scalable campaign set-up, delivery and optimization work streams

About your skills:

  • 1-3 years of work experience and a quantitatively oriented bachelor’s degree
  • Outstanding ability to solve problems in an independent and data-driven manner while working in an extremely fast-paced, demanding start-up environment
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Excellent time management, written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with data analysis and manipulation in Excel and a demonstrable passion for learning new technologies including digital media buying, MySQL, APIs or Python
