Associate Account Manager, Global Accounts

The Associate Account Manager will serve in a supporting role to the Global Marketers Account Management team, which works with some of the largest buyers and sellers of digital advertising globally. In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of AppNexus’ buy- and sell-side technology and how our clients can leverage our solutions to meet their business objectives. You will be responsible for providing support to the Account Management team in order to provide excellent service to our clients, drive revenue, and cultivate deep partnerships.

About the team:

Our Go To Market organization is a driven and results-oriented team that helps bring AppNexus’ digital advertising products to market. Our focus is building our clients’ businesses through leading-edge technology solutions, intuitive and effective ad serving tools, and strategic business consulting. Global Accounts, a part of our Go To Market organization, develops strategic partnerships with large, global organizations, generating outsized opportunities for growth to both parties. Our team is seeking innovative, passionate, and driven people who can foster strong client relationships, meet commercial objectives, and drive awareness of our products, all whilst thriving in a fast-paced environment.

About thejob:

  • Provide best-in-class support for partners’ operational practices and activities
  • Prepare and compile materials for in-person client meetings
  • Manage internal operational projects, including reporting, analysis, and documentation
  • Work cross-functionally with Product and Services teams to achieve long-term customer success
  • Manage business and technical escalations and communicate with all stakeholders to drive effective solutions
