Associate Account Manager

The Associate Account Manager is responsible for a scaled book of accounts, helping to drive revenue and provide business support for clients who purchase programmatic advertising through the AppNexus Programmable Platform. This role provides customers with effective account support and identifies opportunities and investment areas, while streamlining learnings across the entire book.

Sales & Account Management is a driven and results-oriented team that helps bring AppNexus’ digital advertising products to market. Our team is seeking innovative, passionate, and driven people who can foster strong client relationships, meet commercial objectives, and drive awareness of our products, all whilst thriving in a fast-paced environment.

About the job:

  • Oversee a scaled book of clients, handling day-to-day requests and helping clients grow their business on AppNexus
  • Determine systems for identifying opportunities within the book of business, strategically investing time in chosen accounts
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to project manage new client onboarding
  • Assist with internal operational tasks and projects, including reporting, data gathering and problem resolution
  • Represent the client needs with other functional teams

About your skills:

  • 0-2 years of job experience, BA/BS degree required; work in Technology, Consulting, or Finance a plus, but not necessary
  • Comfortable with building and managing relationships at the senior level
  • Capable of gaining a deep understanding of technology enabled advertising
  • Ability to derive and effectively communicate insights from analyzing data
