Account Manager, SydneyThe Account Manager is responsible for crafting and driving an online advertising strategy, identifying upselling opportunities and new initiatives to make clients successful. This position will develop a deep understanding of the AppNexus technology platform, programmatic trading and selling strategies, and how they fit within the Ad Tech ecosystem. We love chatting with candidates who have an innate curiosity about how and why things work, and who want to make the internet a better place!About the job:Drive long-term partnership value with clients through a deep understanding of their businesses and AppNexus technologyCollaborate cross functionally with various teams to play an essential project-lead role: delegate projects, monitor workflow and ensure on-time delivery and effective issues resolution; become the internal champion for your clientsUnderstand client strategies, KPIs, goals, ROI metrics; identify risks to the customer achieving these business goals and develop a risk mitigation planUnderstand and actively promote AppNexus’ offering and value to clients to identify ways of driving more revenueApply relevant data to make informed decisions with the team and with clientsHelping Sales and Account Management teams on-board new Clients and Partners. This will include: contract administration, billing & record-keeping in our internal systems.About your skills:Bachelor’s degree (or higher) from a top tier university1-3 years in a client facing role (or capability dealing with external customers)Strong Analytical thinking, process-minded and documentation orientedAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, consistently meeting deadlinesStrong Excel skills; experience with SQL a plusAn entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated ability of cross-functional teamwork and a willingness to share knowledge and facilitate team rapportMore about you:You are passionate about a culture of learning and teaching.
