Partner Director, External Demand PartnershipsThe Partner Director is responsible for managing and developing a book of business consisting of AppNexus’ most strategic demand clients, representing some of the largest players in the advertising technology landscape. Responsibility includes driving platform spend and revenue, cultivating executive-level client relationships, as well as the day-to-day oversight of these important clients. AppNexus seeks candidates who are proactive, results-driven, and thrive in team-oriented, fast-paced environments.About the job:Cultivate and nurture relationships with strategic demand clients (Commercial, Product, Executive)Manage all aspects of day-to-day customer activity (including cross-functional and internal alignment)Set long-term partnership goalsEnsure client success and satisfaction with AppNexus products and solutionsManage cross-functional projectsManage business and technical escalations, and constantly communicate with all stakeholders to maintain momentum and ensure successParticipate in regional client events (including client forums, trainings, etc.)About your skills:BA/BS degree requiredDemonstrable relevant experience in Partnership Management or other related client-facing rolesExperience with technology solutions preferred but not requiredComfortable building and managing relationships at senior-levels (i.e., C-level)Demonstrated track record of exceeding client and revenue expectationsProven ability to derive and effectively communicate insights from analyzing dataEntrepreneurial mindsetWillingness to share knowledge, facilitate team rapport, and maintain excellent cross-functional partnershipsHiring Manager: Amy PeppersRecruiter:Krista Miller
