Business Development Manager Rewarded Ads (m/f) for AppLift

By connecting mobile app marketers with over a billion users worldwide through our performance-focused technology, we enable them to acquire just the ones that will help them to achieve their business goals.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You source potential partnerships with new advertisers and also with our existing partners
  • You successfully manage the relationship with advertisers throughout the sales cycle and close deals
  • You set up and create new campaign opportunities in collaboration with Account Managers and Ad Ops
  • You take part in improving AppLift’s programmatic platform by providing product feedback and suggestions to contribute to product innovation
  • You evangelize our product both internally and externally
  • You are part of and significantly contribute to the overall success of the Business Development team and the company as a whole
  • You represent the company within our group and towards the general public (you frequently visit clients globally, attend conferences and industry events as needed)
  • You make the right decisions to quickly move forward in a fast-paced business environment
  • You work independently and manage your own projects in various areas
  • You continuously further develop yourself and stay on top of the latest tech industry innovations and trends

Our Requirements:

  • 1-3 years experience in building and maintaining excellent relations in the adtech/mobile space
  • Excellent communication skills with external and internal stakeholders
  • Great negotiation and critical thinking skills
  • Pro-active personality
  • You are a team player and don’t mind “getting your hands dirty” to support others
  • Excellent operational execution skills and stay “on top of things”
  • Passion about mobile advertising and will to bring our business to the next level
  • You think big and have a passion for achievement
  • Experience with rewarded ads/rewarded install campaigns is considered a plus
