Digital Electronics Group Manager
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Digital Electronics Group Manager to lead a team of talented board design engineers responsible for developing advanced mixed-signal and high-speed electronic boards for our next-generation semiconductor inspection and metrology systems. This role combines technical leadership with strategic planning, ensuring robust, scalable, and innovative hardware solutions while collaborating closely with FPGA, SW and system teams

Our Group
The Digital Electronics Group is responsible for:
- Designing and implementing high-speed mixed-signal boards.
- Developing precision controllers and synchronization systems.
- Creating specialized boards for advanced semiconductor inspection tools. Our work enables real-time data acquisition and control, integrating seamlessly with FPGA, software, and algorithmic components.
What you'll be doing
- Lead and manage a team of board design engineers focused on mixed-signal and high-speed electronics.

- Define architecture and design strategies for complex boards, ensuring signal integrity and compliance with performance requirements.
- Oversee project execution from concept through production, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Collaborate closely with FPGA engineers to ensure seamless integration between boards and programmable logic.
- Work with cross-functional teams (SW, Algo, System, Mechanical) to deliver integrated solutions.
- Drive innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and incorporating them into product roadmaps.
- Mentor team members, foster technical excellence, and build a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
What you should have
- At least 8 years in board design development, including 3+ years in a proven leadership experience managing board design teams.
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
- Deep technical expertise in mixed-signal and high-speed board design, including controllers and special-purpose boards.
- Strong understanding of signal integrity, power integrity, and PCB design for high-speed systems.
- Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Cadence, Mentor, Altium) and simulation environments.
- Knowledge of FPGA interfaces and hardware/software co-design principles.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
