Key Responsibilities
- Provide COE accounting support for assigned business units. This support includes spending checkbook preparation, journal entries, P&L and balance sheet management and required approvals.
- Support capital management process, including fixed assets, depreciation, CIP, prepaids, and project level accounting
- Drive or support ad hoc projects as needed to support the organization
- Support quarterly forecast and close cycles.
- Drive ongoing spending/ headcount reviews with finance and business partners to deliver business commitments toward goals
- Provide oversight of Balance Sheet accounts, including risk assessment, P&L impact and Balance Sheet Review support
- Completes detailed analysis and commentary for finance and non-finance executives
- Performs required activities and analysis to complete close cycles
- Support management with ad hoc reports and providing basic explanations on standard analysis
- Partner with BU Ops/ FP&A to streamline reporting/ enhance analytics and drive business process improvement
- Continuously identify and track 'execution opportunities' to improve operating margins, identify issues and drive resolution.
- Interacts and presents analytical findings to various stakeholders. At times, may act as a direct business partner with non-finance executives.
- Supports system integration or process improvement initiatives
- Complete required audit deliverables

U.S. Salary Range:
$72,000.00 - $99,000.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
