Within Special Projects Group's Learning & Development team, we are looking for an experienced trainer who has a passion for inspiring participants and delivering content that is focused, engaging, and fun. We want you to help us redefine what best-in-class training looks like, empowering each trainee with mission-critical knowledge and skills that will fuel our Research and Development organization. Your facilitation expertise, vision for what great instruction looks like, and passion to engage trainees in innovative ways will support this key vertical.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5-7 years instructor-led trainer experience
  • Proven track record in effectively delivering instructor-led training with extraordinary ability to build rapport across a wide range of personalities Excellent presentation, facilitation, and classroom delivery skills
  • Superb verbal and written communication
  • Excellent planning, organization and implementation skills
  • Deep understanding of adult learning concepts and techniques Knowledge of the instructional design process
  • Experience in interacting with and influencing all levels of management Great ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Able to work on a flexible schedule embracing change enthusiastically Problem solving abilities
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details
  • High level of ethics, values, integrity and trust
  • Experience in running multiple projects at a time

Description

In this role, you will provide facilitation-based insights to your Learning and Development team members enabling them to design and develop best-in-class training materials. You'll also engage with various business partners to receive and stay current on the evolving curriculum content. You'll then deliver engaging instructor-led training ensuring that each trainee comprehends the content. Intuitively, you'll know when and how to draw in your audience, keep their attention, and guide any discussion towards the self-discovery of the lesson. Your remarkable facilitation ability - which will be remembered as clearly as the content you deliver - will have extraordinary impact to our organization and Apple. A successful candidate will: -Deliver training materials for in-person based content, documentation, train-the- trainer materials, and other training assets. -Facilitate in-person single session training and curriculum-based training for internal and external audiences. -Demonstrate a strong and engaging presentation/facilitation presence, with the ability to listen and quickly adjust content to meet the needs of a diverse audience. -Demonstrate flexibility in the face of shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.

Education & Experience

Bachelors in Instructional Design, Educational Technology or related field, or equivalent work experience

Additional Requirements

  • Work hours variable, weekend and holiday work required at times
  • Travel approximately 25% required
  • Ability to facilitate instructor-led training for up to 8 hours per day
