The Retail Apps engineering team is looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional projects that redefine how our Retail stores operate on a daily basis. In this role, you will play a key part in the delivery of strategic programs which cut across multiple teams and functions.

You'll be expected to be self-motivated, dedicated, solution and detail oriented, and act as a liaison between various functional units. You will work effectively with geographically distributed teams, be customer focused and flexible. You recognize that building solid relationships with business partners and technical teams will enable success. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and are consistent within the larger context of the program/project. Ensure a smooth, effective program introduction and implementation by coordinating support requirement efforts with cross-functional partners. Ensure initiative alignment with business vision, strategy and deployment within company. You will define the program plan/schedule and manage program execution. Deliver executive communication/presentations and drive the decision-making process. Effectively and consistently communicate overall program status. Identify and resolve conflicts, inter-dependencies and program issues quickly and effectively. You understand new technology while working with our engineering teams to define, schedule, track and communicate status of all work taking place within those teams. Understanding of software development and strong interest in user experience is a requirement.

Education & Experience

Bachelor/Master Degree or equivalent work experience
