Apple is looking for an outstanding Senior Cross-Functional Content Producer to join our Retail Marketing team, and to focus on Today at Apple projects. This is a senior role that will help improve the production and creative processes, tools, and workflows. As a key partner to cross-functional teams, you'll proactively lead roadmap and project planning discussions, identify potential issues, and work collaboratively to develop solutions. You'll have the experience and instinct to successfully resolve conflicts, troubleshoot and unblock issues, and make critical decisions and tradeoffs to ensure projects are successful. You have a focused approach to running your projects, but maintain the flexibility to adapt when adjustments are required.

Key Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of relevant work experience handling complex, global projects as Senior Producer, Program/Brand Director, or Account Executive at an agency or internal marketing team
  • Experience managing virtual team members, as well as direct reports
  • Deep knowledge of video, photo production and motion
  • Solid understanding of localization, transcreation and publishing processes
  • Experience articulating creative intent to others, driving creative development of the work, and partnering with creative teams to bring ideas to life
  • Applicable professional experience across: strategy, brand identity, marketing campaign development, social media, and/or editorial processes
  • Experience with prioritization, budgeting, resourcing, project planning
  • Ability to identify and recommend tools that simplify processes, optimize workflows and encourage collaboration across teams
  • Strong skills in industry standard Project Management workflows, tools, methodology
  • Experience implementing and structuring new processes at scale
  • Established network of world-class creative, production freelance agency partners
  • Varied experience across different agency types, and client-side roles a plus


Description

In this role, you will be a key strategic partner to the Creative, Programming, and Operations teams, acting as the point person to communicate project scope, status, decisions and action items. You will facilitate working sessions, creative reviews and cross-functional status meetings. You will manage a wide range of projects defining scope, timelines, resource needs, budget and deliverables. You will work closely with the Creative Resource Manager to effectively and efficiently handle project workload for the internal creative team. You will understand and effectively communicate the impact of production decisions on both creative output and your cross-functional business partners' objectives. You will keep your eyes on the vision and your hands in the details. You'll know how to operate independently-to plan, prioritize, execute, and deliver. You'll be adept at communicating with every level of our organization, from individual contributors to senior leaders. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to stay calm and keep teams motivated and focused in the face of rapid change and challenging deadlines.
