In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the work of the Worldwide Strategic Route-to-Market and Brand Marketing team(s). The team is responsible for the design and implementation of strategic vision and project management across various channel strategies as well as drawing insights and action plans for brand marketing strategies. The Sr. Analyst - Data and Marketing Intelligence will support highly visible initiatives and uncover opportunities that contribute and ladder into the overall Beats vision. You must be highly analytical, able to view the business from various levels, and have the ability to draw insights from a number of varying data points. You will work cross-functionally with both brand and channel teams to ensure insights, foresights, and data-driven answers are learned, shared, and support overall business initiatives.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience as an analyst
  • Excellent quantitative reasoning skills; ability to glean useful insights from diverse data sets
  • Close attention to detail and demonstrated ability to execute according to plan and deliver measurable results in a timely manner
  • Strong understanding of digital and social analytics, testing and optimization, and dashboard development
  • Experience with tagging structure and implementation
  • Excellent writing, verbal, presentation and communication skills
  • Proactive work style and creative problem solver who has the ability to handle multiple projects, and with a strong work ethic
  • Experience using Tableau
  • Experience using Numbers or Excel on a Mac.
  • MacOS experience
  • Experience with A/B Testing
  • Experience with SQL
  • Experience using Adobe & Google Analytics
  • Experience with modeling
  • Experience with data warehousing
  • Experience using Keynote
  • Experience using SAP/BI and Oracle preferred, but not mandatory


Support brand campaign and performance analytics across digital and social Develop and execute plans for ongoing optimizations, from test pilot to execution to analysis Identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses to uncover areas of opportunity and present written business recommendations that will help shape the channel marketing roadmap, driving (internal & external) customer adoption and engagement of strategic initiatives Provide ongoing reporting

Education & Experience

Bachelor's Degree Required Graduate Degree, MBA a plus
