The Apple Retail Business Planning and Program Management team sits at the center of Retail, supporting the Retail Leadership Team. This team is responsible for connecting the strategies and plans across the teams, and for driving key initiatives forward.
We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic Retail Business Planning Analyst responsible for transforming complex business and financial data into clear, compelling executive-level presentations (e.g., Board of Directors, Fiscal Year Plans) and reports. Adept at 'stitching' disparate information into a cohesive strategic narrative to guide leadership decision-making.

This role requires supporting the organization's priorities, ensuring alignment across teams, driving critical initiatives, and supporting the Retail Business Planning, Strategy, & Operations Director in decision-making processes. The Analyst will work closely with cross-functional partners to stitch together executive level reports and presentations. Presentation Development - Support development of key internal communications and presentations including Retail Quarterly Business Reviews, Executive Meetings, Board of Directors, and Fiscal Year Plan
Leadership Meetings - Support recurring strategic and operational meetings to ensure shared context, awareness, and alignment. Assemble and make the agenda available before meeting begins. Collect and prepare content. Assemble notes and action items and ensure actions are tracked and completed. Source and curate content for regular activity reports
Management System - Work within team and with cross functional partners to elevate and improve the Retail Management System, including cadence of Leadership meetings and updates aligned with Retail Strategic Focus Areas. Ensure measurement against timelines and KPI's
Retail Strategy - Research and analyze retail industries, technology segment, and business models
Preferred Qualifications
Exceptional influencer that knows how to connect the dots at the project, team, and organizational levels
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with confidence and poise presenting to management
A self-starter who is comfortable working independently in a fast paced, changing environment
Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure and effectively manage time and workload, while demonstrating Apple's values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities
MBA a plus
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years experience in strategy, finance, or business development role in a Retail centric environment; or 5+ years related experience with a strategy consulting firm or investment bank
Excellent program management skills, with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively facilitate meetings with partners across multiple functions in an organization
Outstanding analytical skills and experience in collecting, analyzing, and tracking key business data
Relentless focus on details, accuracy, and quality
Experience managing relationships and working cross-functionally across large global organizations
Proven ability to interact effectively and diplomatically with senior leadership
Experience creating and delivering compelling presentations
Excellent Keynote / Powerpoint and Excel skills
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
