We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated individual to join the App Store Business Operations team. We are seeking an expert project manager to manage complex cross-functional, global initiatives supporting the App Store. You will define, build and execute multi-tiered programs that increase efficiencies, improve processes, and drive engagement. You are someone who is flexible and can respond quickly, energetically, and enthusiastically to changes. The environment is fast paced, requiring the ability to work autonomously lead aggressive delivery schedules. You should have strong problem solving and negotiation skills as well as a passion for improving on process and tools. The right mix of technical, organizational, and communication skills is the key to success. Attention to detail and a shown ability to prioritize are critical.

Key Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of experience - preferably in project management
  • Consistent track record of leading strategic projects combined with the ability to execute at tactical project level activities and tasks
  • Excellent leadership skills with strong ability to self-motivate
  • Flexibility, resourcefulness, and attention to detail is a requirement
  • Ability to coordinate central initiatives across App Store and developer priorities
  • Experience planning, managing, and delivering small to large projects (often at the same time), and sometimes under daily timeframes
  • Deep knowledge of apps and the digital marketing space
  • Excellent presentation skills including both development and delivery Excellent written & verbal business communication skills
  • Strong communication and time-management skills with a demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Results oriented, energetic and focused with a strong desire to learn and succeed
  • You will have leadership experience, top-notch organizational skills, a "can-do" work ethic, and the ability to connect with employees at all levels.


You will work with a globally dispersed cross-functional team to identify resources, prepare appropriate documentation based on project size, effectively and clearly communicate project statuses, handle project risk, as well as conduct post project reviews. You will be responsible for running the end-to-end processes across App Store Business Management initiatives. MORE SPECIFICALLY: -Lead communications and workflows, ensuring effective exchange of campaign/project information and asset deliverables -Ability to effectively lead and clearly communicate overall campaign/project timelines, project deliverables, and resourcing needs -Ability to navigate contending priorities, allocate resources appropriately and mitigate associated challenges -Lead campaigns/projects to eliminate time-sensitive bottlenecks and efficiently meet deadlines -Manage day-to-day critical issues and troubleshooting of challenges -Work closely with the cross-functional teams to identify more efficient workflows -Plan and communicate internal and external workflows, ensuring an effective exchange of information and deliverables -Experience in communicating briefs to ensure that key internal and external partners are aligned Responsibilities will include planning and aligning channel support for campaigns/projects while also leading the overall communication plan for related initiatives. Moreover, the role will lead the execution and production for on-and-off store related efforts and provide support for subsequent analytics and reporting.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree, MBA or Post-Graduate is a plus Project Management Certification is also a plus, but not required
