Partner Compliance Manager - Wallets, Payment, and Commerce

The Partner Enablement team is responsible for enhancing how Apple works with partners to deploy products and services at scale across the globe. The team is part of the Operations department, primarily focused on products available in the Wallets, Payments, and Commerce (WPC) ecosystem.
We are looking for a talented strategy and operational expert to lead Partner compliance for WPC. In this role, you will be responsible establishing a new function within WPC in support of the overall growth of Apple Services in WPC. This role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams and across all WPC products and services.
We are looking for someone with a strong track record of developing strategy, leading project implementation, outstanding analytical skills, a keen business sense, a strong drive to learn, develop and make an impact, and the ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
Description
This position will lead the Apple partner compliance activities within WPC. This individual will be responsible for helping to create the partner compliance function as well as managing the operation of the program. Initially, this role will focus on compliance activities related to Apple Pay, but will be expected to expand the operations to all of WPC products and services (e.g., identity, transit, etc.). The scope of the role will include enforcement of Issuer Functional Requirements and contractual requirements. The role will be focused on managing the two key components for partner compliance which are proactive monitoring and exceptions (waivers) management.

Preferred Qualifications
Track record of building strong working relationships, including with senior management, and collaborating across teams with different priorities
Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to drive multiple concurrent projects forward independently despite high levels of ambiguity and complexity
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of experience in a strategy and operational roles
Strong business intuition with a good foundation in financial and business strategy principles
Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate a strong point of view clearly and succinctly.
Bachelor's degree, quantitative or technical field preferred
