Our US Consumer Retail organization collaborates with our channel partners to seek new opportunities, develop account plans, and execute programs to grow the business, resulting in industry leading customer experiences and expanded adoption of the Apple ecosystem. As an iPhone Account Executive, you will partner internally and externally to formulate, present, and implement strategies and grow the business with partners who resell Apple products, driving towards a sales target. You will leverage your deep understanding of the industry to respond to new market challenges, address risks, maximize opportunities, and create momentum that impacts individual accounts and builds upon Apple's growth within the reseller channel.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience with consultative selling and developing channel growth strategies with partners; Experience as an Account Executive for a mobile device or hardware company preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the consumer electronics and mobile device industry, including channel partner landscape, market trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and creativity to develop robust analytic approaches and translate strategy into practical and measurable action.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, and the ability to articulate results of analyses in easy to understand business terms for a variety of cross-functional and multi-directional partners.
  • Experience collaborating on projects with a geographically dispersed team in a highly-matrixed, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to network effectively, build internal and external relationships, and influence key stakeholders regarding partner strategy, resources, and budgets.

Description

In this role, you will: - Build deep relationships, negotiate programs, and develop capabilities to achieve an extraordinary physical and digital end-customer experience with results that benefit Apple and our partners. - Maintain a deep functional expertise of the US Consumer Retail, Carrier channel and industry, including customer profiles, market trends and challenges, associated solutions, and competitive landscape. - Develop comprehensive account plans that both align with our partners' strategies and expand Apple's footprint. - Work with internal and external partners to develop new and exciting growth opportunities, drive relevant market activities, and ultimately ensure sales through our partners. - Supervise key performance indicators that support growth and enable forecasts on the overall health of our account plans. - Drive execution and gather resources to drive projects, achieve goals, and cover day-to-day tasks

Education & Experience

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Pay & Benefits

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $123,000 and $185,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
