Apple Pay is the leading mobile payments platform for in-store and online payments launched by Apple five years ago. This rapidly growing platform is available across 50 markets while expanding into transit, university, ticketing, and loyalty solutions. We are seeking an experienced Channel Readiness Manager to enable our partners across the Americas. This role requires you to be proficient in operationally growing a high-growth platform through partnerships. You will also run various operations initiatives and projects, including but not limited to expansion, partner enablement, launch readiness, and operational health.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience with scaling product solutions within a high-growth environment
  • Demonstrated operational readiness, on-boarding, and partnerships at scale
  • Adept at identifying developing trends and quickly developing solutions
  • Experience in leading Partner relationships, channel enablement, on-boarding, and compliance
  • Driving and delivering standard methodologies on documentation, approach to problem solving, and establishing a framework
  • Aptitude for driving methodical improvements using qualitative and quantitative data to advise solutions
  • Identifying root cause of problems, and ability to identify, proposing, and recommending innovative solutions to diverse partners
  • Solid ability to operate autonomously across multiple teams in a matrix organization
  • Ability to synthesize complex topics and distill key business dynamics to senior leaders and partners
  • Excellent verbal and written presentation skills with capacity to communicate at all organizational levels
  • Strong sense of empathy for external partners you are supporting
  • Experience in facilitating external partner communications (e.g. presentations, conference calls, and emails)
  • Collaborative, flexible and open working style, with an ability to quickly establish trust and credibility
  • Experience with leading a high-performing teams

Excellent communicator who is self-motivated and is comfortable working in a global, matrix, fast-paced environment. You will work cross-functionally with internal groups to improve the quality of our services and scale our operations globally.

Education & Experience

- BA/BS or equivalent required, MS/MBA preferred - Minimum 10-12 years of professional experience required
